Fugro-Rovtech provides ROV Drill Support Services ranging from eyeball to full
work-class systems for Jack-ups, Semi-submersibles, Drill Ships and Floating
Production Units. Currently Fugro-Rovtech’s dedicated team of over 100 offshore
staff and ROVs are operating on drilling, work-over and completions projects in
Northern Europe, the Mediterranean and West Africa on over 25 offshore drilling rigs.

| CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT |

Fugro-Rovtech provides subsea construction support through provision of two permanently
installed equipment spreads on Skandi Inspector and Skandi Carla. The vessels are mobilised
with dual workclass ROV systems carrying high specification survey and positioning sensors,
have large deck areas, and carry 50T heave compensated cranes with 3000m capability. A third
permanent vessel spread with a worldwide capability, Fugro Saltire, will be delivered in February
2008.

Focusing on the provision of both standard and specialised subsea engineering and intervention
tooling solutions, Fugro-Rovtech provides a reliable, adaptive and highly innovative service
in this area. Our purpose built tooling and engineering facilities, built at our Aberdeen base,
can be supplemented by local engineering support at the worksite, if required.

Fugro-Rovtech specialises in platform, pipeline and subsea structure inspection and maintenance.
Fugro-Rovtech has a fleet of 40 ROVs and 3 DP2 ROVSVs of which up to 20 ROVs and 2 ROVSVs are
available to carry out IRM activities in Northern Europe, the Mediteranean and West Africa.
