Fugro Subsea Services Ltd has been awarded the Golden Sam Award 2011. This annual award has been granted to Managing Director Grant Aitchison on the evening of Monday 16th May 2011 at the Managers’ Meeting in Leidschendam, Holland.
Fugro Subsea Services Ltd. was awarded the Golden Sam because of a consistent high HSE performance, resulting in Zero lost time incidents over the last five years (executing in excess of 10 million hours) and their ability to apply technical ingenuity and innovation to improve safety conditions.
A total of 23 applications from 7 business lines have been considered by the HSE Team and the Executive Committee against a number of hard and soft criteria. The effort put into the applications and supporting evidence resulted again in quality submissions.
